Seven-day refund window
If you cancel your admission within seven days of the batch start date, your fees will be refunded after deducting a ₹500 processing fee.
After seven days
Fees are non-refundable after seven days from the batch start date. You may request a transfer to another batch.
If a batch is cancelled
If the institute cancels a batch, the full fee will be refunded within seven working days.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Online payment refunds reach your bank account within five to seven working days.
How to request a refund
Submit a written request at the office or email us with the student name, batch and payment receipt number.
